How does this process work?
PandaDoc Integration with Go High-Level and Monday.com
When a client signs the agreement, the status is checked using filters to determine if it has been signed or completed. In order to find the corresponding opportunity in Go High Level, we list the opportunities and match them with the email ID obtained from PandaDoc. The IDs are then aggregated, and two conditions are applied. If an opportunity is found in GHL, the status is updated and reflected on the Monday board. However, if no opportunity is found, a search is conducted for the contact. If the contact is found, an opportunity is created. In cases where the contact is not found, both the opportunity and contact will be created.
Stripe Payment Integration with Go High-Level
When a client signs the agreement, the status is checked using filters. The opportunity is then updated in Go High Level and a new opportunity is created in the next level pipeline. Additionally, the contact is searched for in Monday using the email retrieved from PandaDoc. If the Stripe customer is not found, it is created in Stripe and updated in Monday. If the customer is found, their details are updated from Stripe to Monday.
