2. If our product does not meet your satisfaction, initiate a refund request within seven days of your purchase.

3. For product subscriptions, we provide a cancellation policy instead of a refund. You can cancel your subscription according to the terms outlined in our subscription policy.

4. If you are not satisfied with the quality and completeness of the services and projects you’ve purchased from us, you have the option to raise your concern.

5. No refund is provided on apps purchased if there is any API deprecation from Google or service side provider.

Refund Claim Process:

• In your email, clearly mention the reason for the return and provide details of the purchased product.
• Our team will make every effort to contact you within 3 calendar days from the date of your purchase to address your concerns.
• Once we receive your refund request, we will process it promptly.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 calendar days from the date of your refund request.
• If your refund claim is approved and processed from our end, we will remove access to the purchased product from your profile.
